The Florida Theatre, is on the U.S National Register of Historic Places, the building has been standing since the 1920’s and has a range of different decors and is definitely worth a visit, with movies showing here regularly and even some live concerts being held here
If you’re an animal lover why not feed the monkeys and lorikeets at Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens! Home to over 2,000 animals and 1,000 plants this is definitely one to put on the list of places to visit! Or head to the Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary and see all the big cats the live here, bring to get a night feeding tour will surely lead to some fantastic memories!
For all you shoppers, St. John’s Twin Center is a beautiful upscale shopping centre with over 100 stores and classic restaurants including the favourite Cheesecake Factory! If you prefer thrifty shops with handmade creations, head to the Riverside Arts Market instead. With Art, Food and even live music around, its location just by the river is deems it worth a visit anyway!
